With a lifelong immersion in sports since the age of 5, including dance, gymnastics, and martial arts, my passion for fitness naturally evolved into a career. After obtaining my personal trainer's certificate post-college, I found my calling – specializing in posture and muscle imbalances to provide top-notch service for individuals seeking lower back pain relief and posture correction in Richmond Hill.
My Story
My journey began with a personal struggle. Diagnosed with scoliosis at a young age, despite being athletic and fit my entire childhood, physiotherapy not only corrected my imbalance but sparked a lifelong fascination with posture. As a trainer, I delved into comprehensive studies, earning certificates in posture assessment, lower back disorders, and more.

Driven by personal experience, I've successfully guided clients with muscle imbalances helping them to alleviate chronic pain while enhancing their overall quality of life. Witnessing transformations, from liberated movements to improved sleep, fueled my commitment to specialize in this often overlooked aspect of fitness.

Through many years of observation while working at the gym I realized that the workouts offered there don't help with muscle imbalances, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and osteoporosis.
